Abstract:
A package reception system according to the present disclosure comprises: a storage unit (201) that stores in advance face information of a user who orders delivery of a package and user information which includes information of a sender and a destination of the package and which is associated with the face information; a camera (101) that photographs the face of the user at the time of reception of a package; a face authentication unit (202) that authenticates the photographed user face; a user information acquisition unit (203) that acquires user information which is associated with face information of the authenticated user from the storage unit (201); an invoice number assignment unit (204) that assigns an invoice number to delivery of the package; an issuance instruction unit (205) that transmits an instruction for issuing an invoice which includes a sender and a destination included in the acquired user information and the assigned invoice number; and a printer (102) that issues an invoice on the basis of the issuance instruction.
