Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of electronic devices, and in particular, to a package structure and an integrated circuit production device. The package structure comprises a production assembly testing table, an integrated circuit board, a heat dissipation assembly and a protective assembly, wherein the production assembly testing table is horizontally arranged, and staggered holes are provided in the upper end of the production assembly testing table; the integrated circuit board is horizontally arranged at the upper end of the production assembly testing table by means of a package assembly, and the package assembly comprises an upper cover and a bottom cover; and the heat dissipation assembly is arranged at the upper end of the integrated circuit board in the bottom cover by means of a positioning assembly. The upper cover, the bottom cover and a protective plate are mounted and adjusted by means of a connecting assembly, thereby facilitating assembly, disassembly and maintenance, and having low operation difficulty; due to a moving function of the protective assembly, pins can be protected when not in use, thereby avoiding the problem of it not being possible to use the whole circuit due to the damage to and contamination of the pins of the integrated circuit; in addition, the assembly structure of the heat dissipation assembly facilitates the efficient heat dissipation of an integrated circuit end, and is convenient to replace and maintain.
