Abstract:
Provided is a package tray (100) for a vehicle to be disposed on a rear side of a rear seat of a vehicle, wherein: a sheet-shaped glass fiber mat (108) impregnated with urethane resin (110) is superposed on each surface of a semi-hard urethane foam layer (102); a surface material (104) is superposed, via a first adhesive film (106), on a surface of one of the glass fiber mats (108) impregnated with urethane resin (110); and a backing material (114) is superposed , via a second adhesive film (112), on a surface of the other of the glass fiber mats (108) impregnated with urethane resin (110), wherein, by being sandwiched between press dies and subjected to heat and pressure, the aforementioned superposed layers have been fused together to form a three-dimensional shape, thereby having sound absorbing performance.
