Abstract:
The present application relates to a packaging apparatus and a packaging method. The packaging apparatus is configured to package a transparent material to be packaged. The transparent material to be packaged comprises a base material and a sub-material. The apparatus comprises: a focus module, a suctioning module, and a mobile module. The focus module is configured to receive a laser beam and irradiate the focused laser beam onto an area to be packaged. The suctioning module and the focus module are connected to the mobile module, and the mobile module is configured to control the planar position of the suctioning module and the perpendicular position of the focus module. The suctioning module is configured to perform suctioning on the sub-material by means of through holes. The suctioning module of the present application enables the transparent material to be fixed in place with uniform force, and thus seamless packaging can be easily achieved. By means of the focus module, multi-beam parallel processing in an X-Y direction or multi-focus processing in a Z direction can be achieved, thus lowering requirements for the gap between transparent materials to be packaged, improving the packaging efficiency, and reducing the packaging difficulty.
