Description:
PACKAGING BOX

TECHNICAL FIELD

[0001] The disclosure relates to the field of packaging box, in particular the field of paper packaging boxes.

BACKGROUND

[0002] Packaging boxes are commonly used in daily life, and is used for holding various things. When choosing goods, people would take the packaging box into account. For example, aesthetically pleasing packaging boxes are always more attractive to the customers. In addition to aesthetics, the interaction between the user and the packaging box and the nature of easily opening and functional diversity of the packaging box are also factors to which the customers attach importance.

[0003] A kind of container popular in the market has a single cavity and an upper lid covering the cavity. In some situations, the packed items may be mixed and packed together, such as the situation of a variety of candies. In other situations, it is expected to store the items by their classification, and therefore it is needed to prepare an individual packaging box for each kind of items, or, for example, to encapsulate them in one box with a form of multiple cells which is most usually used. The packed items are all visible when the upper lid is lifted, and the processes of using and opening the packaging box are not attractive to the users.

SUMMARY

[0004] The disclosure aims to provide a packaging box, which can provide independent storage space for classified items and which is easily used and provides interest interaction during the usage. The packaging box of the present disclosure is characterized in that the packaging box comprises: a main box body provided with a main box body outlet and a position for being to be taken out corresponding to the main box body outlet; a sub-box assembly provided within the main box body and capable of being taken out through the main box body outlet, the sub-box assembly at least comprising: a first set of sub-boxes positioned in the position for being to be taken out; a second set of sub-boxes provided behind the first set of sub-boxes along a first direction toward the position for being to be taken out; and a first elastic pushing device provided behind the second set of sub-boxes along the first direction to bias the second set of sub-boxes toward the position for being to be taken out; wherein the first elastic pushing device has a first compressible pushing body and a first elastic member provided within the first compressible pushing body and connected to the first compressible pushing body, the first compressible pushing body having a compressed state and a deployed state; when the first compressible pushing body is in the compressed state, the first elastic member is in a pre-stretched state; when the first set of sub-boxes is taken out through the main box body outlet, the first compressible pushing body is transferred to the deployed state under the effect of shrinking of the first elastic member to push the second set of sub-boxes to the position for being to be taken out along the first direction, and wherein the first compressible pushing body has a form of single sheet.

[0005] A plurality of sub-boxes are provided in the packaging box according to the present disclosure, and after the former set of sub-boxes are taken out, the next set of sub-boxes can be pushed to the position for being to be taken out by an elastic pushing device, and the elastic pushing device has a compressible pushing body in form of single sheet, in particular single paper sheet, and thereby it can be formed by stamping a flat paperboard once and then folding as well as adhering in a simple way, with the advantage of using environment-friendly materials, being capable of mass producing by simple process, easily operating of folding and adhering, no need of surroundings with special condition and no need of operator with special technique, and thus the cost would be saved significantly.

[0006] In a further embodiment, the sub-box assembly comprises a third set of sub-boxes provided behind the first set of sub-boxes along a second direction toward the position for being to be taken out; the packaging box further comprises a second elastic pushing device provided behind the third set of sub-boxes along the second direction to bias the third set of sub-boxes toward the position for being to be taken out; wherein the second elastic pushing device has a second compressible pushing body and a second elastic member provided within the second compressible pushing body and connected to the second compressible pushing body, the second compressible pushing body having a compressed state and deployed state; when the second compressible pushing body is in the compressed state, the second elastic member is in a pre-stretched state; when the second set of sub-boxes is taken out through the main box body outlet, the second compressible pushing body is transferred to the deployed state under the effect of the shrinking of the second elastic member to push third set of sub-boxes to the position for being to be taken out along the second direction, and wherein the second compressible pushing body has a form of single sheet.

[0007] A plurality of sets of sub-boxes with different pushing directions may be provided within the same main box body, therefore the packaging box may be designed as needed. For example, the packaging box may be designed on the basis of the shape of the volume in which the packaging box is put, and the inner space of the packaging box can be used enabling for achieving a maximum utility rate. Also, there is no limit on the pushing direction of the elastic pushing device of the disclosure, and thus it can be used in different pushing directions.

[0008] Preferably, the first compressible pushing body and the second compressible pushing body each have a band-shaped body, two ends of which are connected to form a ring, and when the ring is deployed, two ends of the corresponding elastic members are connected to two facing connection parts of the ring. The elastic means made of band-shaped body has a simple structure and is easy to manufacture, it is particularly advantageous for paper sheet, i.e. it can be formed via only one stamping and the formed ring itself has elasticity tending to be deployed.

[0009] Preferably, he band-shaped body has, in this order, a first section, a first connecting tab, a second section, a third section, a second connecting tab and a fourth section, wherein the first section and the third section have a same shape, the second section and the fourth section have a same shape, and the first section and the fourth section are connected to form the ring, and wherein the first connecting tab and the second connecting tab each have two half-portions which are symmetrical, the connection parts being formed by the two half-portions folded toward inside of the ring along their folding line and fixed to each other. The elastic pushing device thus formed is easy to fold when pressed in a flat form and convenient for putting in position within the main box body, and has a stable hexahedral structure when deployed, which providing a further assistance during the transformation from the compressed state into the deployed state. Additionally, the connection parts for connecting the elastic members also belong to a part of the single sheet, which is formed with the remaining part during one stamping, without a need to produce individually.

[0010] Preferably, the two half-portions have hook-shaped cut-outs which are symmetrical with respect to their folding line.

[0011] Preferably, the first compressible pushing body and the second compressible pushing body each have foldable reinforcements at both sides of the first section and the second section of the band-shaped body. When the compressible pushing body is in the compressed state, the foldable reinforcement is located therein, and when the compressible pushing body is transformed to the deployed state, the foldable reinforcement is also deployed and facilitates to the deploying elastically. After deployed, the facing foldable reinforcements may form lateral sides of the compressible pushing body to provide a complete and concise appearance.

[0012] Preferably, a plate-shaped piece is provided on a section of the band-shaped body opposite the section adjacent to inner wall of the packaging box, the plate-shaped piece being sized to extend beyond the section on which it is located. Since the plate-shaped piece has a long size, it can cover the corresponding abutting face of the corresponding set of sub-box as possible when in the deployed state so as to provide even and stable support for it.

[0013] Preferably, the elastic member is an elastic rope or an elastic band, for example a rubber band. Therefore, the elasticity function can be realized using very simple and commonly used components, reducing the cost significantly.

[0014] Preferably, the second direction is perpendicular to the first direction.

[0015] Preferably, the first elastic member has a greater pre-stretched stress than pre-stretched stress of the second elastic member. Therefore, after the first set of sub-boxes is taken out, the first elastic pushing device will be transferred to the deployed state in advance of the second elastic pushing device, so that the order of pushing the respective sets of sub-boxes is determined, avoiding the mutual interference between the sub-boxes which could cause the stagnation.

[0016] Preferably, the first set of sub-boxes and the third set of sub-boxes are not flushed in the direction of the second direction. Therefore, when the respective sets of sub-boxes are pushed according to the pre-determined order, they can be moved smoothly without stagnation.

[0017] Preferably, the packaging box further comprises a support provided inside thereof, the support having a supporting body, the supporting body is disposed behind third set of sub-boxes and the second set of sub-boxes respectively along the first direction and the second direction.

[0018] Preferably, the main box body outlet is provided on front wall of the main box body and has a recess oriented in a direction opposite to the first direction, the support further comprising a first baffle extending from the supporting body along the front wall of the main box body, which first baffle at least partially covers the recess. The recess provides a hand position for opening the main box body outlet, the first baffle at least partially covering the recess can lead to no gap between the lid and the main box body when the packaging box is in an encapsulated state, preventing dust from falling into the box to contaminate the inside items.

[0019] Preferably, the support abuts a self-locked bottom of the main box body, the support further comprising a second baffle extending from the supporting body along the self-locked bottom. This avoids the problem that the elastic pushing device and the corresponding set of sub-boxes cannot be disposed in a stable manner caused by the un-flatten self-locked bottom, and therefore avoids the interrupt for example of the inner wall of the main box body on the sub-boxes when pushed and the stagnation thus caused.

[0020] Preferably, the first set of sub-boxes, second set of sub-boxes and the third set of sub-boxes respectively comprise a plurality of sub-box bodies, and the plurality of sub-box bodies in each of the sets are connected to each other through snap joint.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

[0030] The detailed explanation of the preferable embodiments will be described in combination with drawings in the following. Those skilled in the art will understand the characteristics and the advantages of the disclosure by means of the drawings and the corresponding literal explanation. Obviously, the embodiments described are only part of the embodiments, not all of them. Generally, the components described and shown in the drawings may be arranged and designed in various configurations.

[0031] Therefore, the detailed description of the embodiments of the disclosure in combination with the drawings is not intended to limit the scope of the claimed disclosure, rather presenting the embodiments selected by the disclosure. Based on the embodiments in this disclosure, all the other embodiments obtained by those of ordinary skill in the art without any creative effort belong to the scope of the disclosure.

[0032] In the description of the disclosure, orientation and position relationship indicated by terms of “top”, “bottom”, “upper”, “lower”, etc. are those based on the drawings, or those adopted by the product of the disclosure when it is often arranged during its usage, which are merely for the purpose of describing the disclosure in a simple way, not indicating or implying that the specific device or element must have the specific orientation, or be configured and operated in a specific orientation, and thus are not suitable to be understood as limitation of the disclosure. If the way of putting the packaging box is changed, for example, turning by a certain angle, those skilled in the art can understand that the corresponding orientations are also changed, but the achieved technical solution still belong to the scope of the disclosure.

[0033] In the disclosure, a front wall of packaging box means a side of a main box body of the packaging box having a main box body outlet, and a bottom side means a side of the main box body of the packaging box located at bottom when the packaging box in a position in which it is generally put.

[0034] Please referring to figure 1 and figure 2 which show schematic perspective views of a packaging box 1 according to the disclosure. The packaging box 1 comprises a main box body 10, which, in the example of figure 1, has an overall shape of a hexahedron, which may be a cube or a hexahedron of rectangular section. It would be understood that the main box body 10 is not limited to the form shown in the figure and may have other shapes. The main box body 10 may be a paper box formed by folding paperboard.

[0035] As shown in figure 2, the main box body 10 may be provided with a main box body outlet 11 and a position for being to be taken out 16 corresponding to the main box body outlet. The main box body outlet 11 is provided on a front wall 110 of the main box body 10, which always faces the user, main box body outlet 11 may be covered by a lid 13 which has an upper edge joined to an upper edge 111 of the front wall 110 and other edges connected to the remaining portions of the front wall 110 by easily-torn lines. When the lid 13 covers the main box body outlet 11, it forms a part of the front wall 110. In the example in the drawings, the main box body outlet 11 is located at the top right comer of the front wall 110, and it would be understood that the main box body outlet 11 may be located at other portions of this side.

[0036] The position for being to be taken out 16 is shown in dashed lines in figure 2, which is a virtual position in the main box body 10. That is to say, when an item in the main box body 10 is located at this position for being to be taken out 16, it can be taken out from the main box body outlet 11.

[0037] The packaging box 1 according to the disclosure is described further below with reference to figure 3 and figure 4 A to figure 4D.

[0038] As shown in figures, the packaging box 1 may comprise a sub-box assembly 20, as shown in figure 4D. The sub-box assembly 20 may have at least a first set of sub-boxes 500 and a second set of sub-boxes 600. The sub-box assembly 20 comprising these sets of sub-boxes is provided within the main box body 10, and can be taken out through the main box body outlet 11. Figure 3 shows the first set of sub-boxes 500 which is just at the position for being to be taken out 16. Each of the sets of sub-boxes may have one or more sub-box body or bodies. When the set of sub-boxes has a plurality of sub-box bodies, they are aligned along the direction of being taken out. The plurality of sub-box bodies in each set may be connected for example by snap joint. In an example not shown, each sub-box body has a tab projecting to the user and a slot corresponding to a tab and formed on the opposite side, thus the tab of the behind sub-box body may be inserted into the slot of the front sub-box body to form a queue of the sub-box bodies. When the user pulls the foremost sub-box body of this set of sub-boxes at the position for being to be taken out 16, all the sub-box bodies of this set can be taken out together.

[0039] The arrangement of the sub-box assembly 20 will be described with reference to figure 5 below. Figure 5 is a sectional view of the packaging box 1 taken through a plane parallel to the front wall 110, to show the manner of arrangement of the sub-box assembly 20 inside the main box body 10 of the packaging box 1.

[0040] As shown in figure 5, the sub-box assembly 20 comprises the first set of sub-boxes 500 which is located at the position for being to be taken out 16. The sub-box assembly 20 also comprises the second set of sub-boxes 600 which is disposed behind the first set of sub-boxes 500 along a first direction DI towards the position for being to be taken out 16. After the first set of sub-boxes 500 is taken out, the second set of sub-boxes 600 can be moved automatically along the first direction DI and occupy the position for being to be taken out 16, waiting for the user to take it out. For this end, the packaging box 1 further comprise a first elastic pushing device 30 which is arranged behind the second set of sub-boxes 600 along the first direction DI. In figure 5, the first elastic pushing device 30 is disposed between the bottom of the main box body 10 and the second set of sub-boxes 600 in a flatten state. In the flatten state, the first elastic pushing device 30 has a tendency of deploying to bias the second set of sub-boxes 600 towards the position for being to be taken out. Thus, when both the first set of sub-boxes 500 and the second set of sub-boxes 600 are disposed in the main box body 10, the first elastic pushing device 30 is pressed to be flat and pushes the second set of sub-boxes 600 towards the first set of sub-boxes 500, and when the first set of sub-boxes 500 is taken out, the first elastic pushing device 30 will upspring automatically to push the second set of sub-boxes 600 into the position for being to be taken out 16.

[0041] Specifically and with reference to figure 7 and figure 8, the first elastic pushing device 30 according to the disclosure has a first compressible pushing body 31 with a form of single sheet. Preferably, the first compressible pushing body 31 is formed of a single paper sheet. By way of example, the first compressible pushing body 31 may have a band-shaped body 310, two end of which are connected to form a ring 310A. The first elastic pushing device 30 also has a first elastic member 35 which is provided within the first compressible pushing body 31 and connected to the first compressible pushing body 31. The first elastic members 35 may for example be an elastic rope or an elastic band, such as a rubber band.

[0042] As shown in figure 7, the first compressible pushing body 31 may has a compressed state and a deployed state, figure 7 showing in the lower part the first compressible pushing body 31 in the compressed state, and showing in the upper part the first compressible pushing body 31 in the deployed state. In the example of figure 7, when the first compressible pushing body 31 is in the deployed state, it presents an overall stereo shape of hexahedron, the ring 310A has a form of rectangular ring or square ring, and two ends of the first elastic members 35 (for example, a rubber band) are connected to positions located roughly at the diagonal line of the ring 310A respectively. It would be understood, the first compressible pushing body 31 in the deployed state may have other forms than hexahedron, the ring 310A may have other shapes than rectangular ring or square ring, for example in a form of a circle ring, and the two end of the elastic members are connected to two terminals of a diameter of the circle ring.

[0043] When the first compressible pushing body 31 is in the compressed state (shown in the lower part of figure 7), the first elastic members 35 is in a pre-stretched state, having a tendency of making the first compressible pushing body 31 to upspring to the deployed state. When the first set of sub-boxes 500 in the position for being to be taken out 16 is taken out through the main box body outlet 11, the pressure above the second set of sub-boxes 600 disappears and the second set of sub-boxes 600 is only subjected to the force towards the first direction applied by the first elastic pushing device 30. At this moment, the first elastic members 35 shrinks, and the first compressible pushing body 31 is transformed towards to the deployed state under the effect of shrinking of the first elastic members 35 to push the second set of sub-boxes 600 to the position for being to be taken out 16 along the first direction DI. At this moment, the deployed first elastic pushing device 30 occupies the position in which the second set of sub-boxes 600 was located originally. In figure 5 the first direction DI is a straight up direction, i.e., the first elastic pushing device 30 can jack up the second set of sub-boxes 600. Now the user can still take the second set of sub-boxes 600 out through the main box body outlet 11.

[0044] A plurality of sets of sub-boxes are provided in the packaging box 1 of the disclosure, after the former set of sub-boxes is taken out, the next set of sub-boxes may be pushed to the position for being to be taken out automatically by the elastic pushing device, and the compressible pushing body of the elastic pushing device is in a form of single sheet, in particular a single paper sheet, thus it can be formed by stamping a flat paperboard once and then simply folding as well as adhering, with the advantage of using environment-friendly materials, being capable of mass producing by simple process, easily operating of folding and adhering, no need of surroundings with special condition and no need of operator with special technique, and thus the cost would be saved significantly.

[0045] The main box body 10 of the packaging box 1 of the disclosure may contain a plurality of sets of sub-boxes popped up along different directions. Specifically, as shown in figure 5, the sub-box assembly 20 may comprise a third set of sub-boxes 700 which is provided behind the first set of sub-boxes 500 along the second direction D2 towards the position for being to be taken out 16. In this embodiment, the second direction D2 may for example be perpendicular to the first direction DI, and when the first direction DI is a vertical direction, the second direction D2 is horizontal direction. The packaging box 1 further comprises a second elastic pushing device 40 which is provided behind the third set of sub-boxes 700 along the second direction D2 to bias the third set of sub-boxes 700 towards the position for being to be taken out 16. The second elastic pushing device 40 shown in figure 5 is in a flatten state, arranged between the side wall of the main box body 10 and the second set of sub-boxes 700. In the flatten state, the second elastic pushing device 40 has a tendency of deploying to bias the third set of sub-boxes 700 towards the position for being to be taken out 16.

[0046] In a manner similar to the first elastic pushing device 30, the second elastic pushing device 40 has a second compressible pushing body 41 and a second elastic members 45 which is provided within the second compressible pushing body 41 and connected to the second compressible pushing body 41. The second compressible pushing body 41 is in a form of single sheet, and preferably, it is formed of a single paper sheet. In a manner similar to the first compressible pushing body 31, the second compressible pushing body 41 may have a band-shaped body 410 (figure 8), two end of which are connected to form a ring ring 410A (figure 7). The second elastic members 45 of the second elastic pushing device 40 may for example be an elastic rope or an elastic band, such as a rubber band. As shown in figure 7, the and a deployed state, when the second compressible pushing body 41 is in the deployed state, t presents an overall stereo shape of hexahedron, the ring 410A has a form of rectangular ring or square ring, and two end of the second elastic members 45 (for example, a rubber band) are connected to positions located roughly at the diagonal line of the ring 410A. It would be understood, the second compressible pushing body 41 in the deployed state may have other forms than hexahedron, and ring 410A may have other shapes than rectangular ring or square ring.

[0047] When the second compressible pushing body 41 is in the compressed state, the second elastic members 45 is in a pre-stretched state, having a tendency of making the second compressible pushing body 41 to upspring to the deployed state. When the second set of sub-boxes 600 in the position for being to be taken out 16 is taken out through the main box body outlet 11, the second compressible pushing body 41 is transformed towards the deployed state under the effect of the second elastic members 45 to push the third set of sub-boxes 700 to the position for being to be taken out 16 along the second direction D2. At this moment, the deployed second elastic pushing device 40occupies the position in which the third set of sub-boxes 700 was located originally.

[0048] The detailed structure of the first compressible pushing body 31 and the second compressible pushing body 41 will be described with reference to figures 7 and 8. As described previously, the two ends of the band-shaped bodies 310, 410 of the first compressible pushing body 31 and the second compressible pushing body 41 respectively are connected to form the rings 310A, 410A. When the rings 310A, 410A are deployed, the two ends of the respective elastic members 35, 45 are connected to two connection parts 318, 319 (belonging to the first compressible pushing body 31) and 418, 419 (belonging to the second compressible pushing body 41) facing each other of the ring. The connection parts 318, 319 and 418, 419 may be located at the end positions on the diagonal line of the corresponding ring. In the compressed state of the compressible pushing body 31, 41, the elastic members 35, 45 are in the pre-stretched state, when the force applied on the compressible pushing body 31, 41 to make it in a flatten state is removed, the elastic members 35, 45 shrinks to pull the opposite connection parts close to each other, such that the compressible pushing body 31, 41 is recovered to the stereo state from the flatten state to apply pushing force to an adjacent set of sub-boxes.

[0049] Figure 8 shows an implementation of the first and the second compressible pushing body 31, 41, and figure 8 shows their unfolded state. Since the first and the second compressible pushing body 31, 41 have similar structure, they will not be shown in separate views respectively. The first and second compressible pushing bodies 31, 41 are in form of single sheet, for example, paper sheet, they can be formed by stamping once, and every parts of them are in a plane before folding. The band-shaped body 310, 410 comprise in this order a first section 311, 411, a first connecting tab 321, 421, a second section 312, 412, a third section 313, 413, a second connecting tab 322, 422, and a fourth section 314, 414. The respective sections and the respective connecting tabs above are connected are connected end to end in the above order to form a longitudinal band with a certain length, and folding lines are provided at the connections as shown in figure 8.

[0050] The first section 311, 411 and the third section 313, 413 have the same shape, the second section 312, 414 and the fourth section 314, 414 have the same shape, and the first section is connected to the fourth sections to form said ring. The ring thus formed is a square ring and a rectangular ring, wherein the first section 311, 411 and the third sections 313, 413 face to each other, and the second section 312, 414 and the fourth section 314, 414 face to each other. The portions with grid lines on the compressible pushing body 31, 41 shown in figure 8 are adhering tabs which are adhered to the corresponding portions when folding to form a stable upspring structure. The elastic pushing device thus formed is easy to be folded when flatten and convenient to be put in position in the main box body, and may form a reliable hexahedral structure when deployed, which further facilitates the transformation from the compressed state to the deployed state.

[0051] In order to form the connection parts in a single sheet, the first connecting tab 321, 421 comprises two half-portions 321A, 321B, 421A, 421B which are symmetrical, the second connecting tab 322, 422 comprises two half-portions 322A, 322B, 422A, 422B which are symmetrical, and by folding the corresponding two half-portions toward the inside of the ring 310A, 410A along their folding lines and fixing them, the connection parts 318, 418 and 319, 419 are formed. Therefore, the connection parts for connecting the elastic members also belong to part of the single sheet, which can be produced with the remaining part during one stamping, no need to be produced separately.

[0052] Since the connecting tabs 322, 422 are similar to the connecting tabs 321, 421, only the connecting tabs 321, 421 are described as an example, and for the structure of connecting tabs 322, 422, please refer to that of the connecting tabs 321, 421. In the example of figure 8, the half-portions 321A, 321B and 421A, 421B have a trapezoidal form and are connected to each other at the short sides of the trapezoid. Folding lines 321L, 421L are formed at the above short lines. The two half-portions 321A, 321B and 421A, 421B have hooked grooves 321C, 32 ID and 421C, 42 ID which are symmetrical to their folding lines 32 IL, 42 IL. Taking the hooked grooves 321C, 32 ID as example, their roots are located at the folding line 32 IL and they are in communication here, thereby a channel enabling the elastic member to pass through after folding is formed (as shown in figure 7). The ends of the hooked grooves 321C, 321D located inside the half-portions 321A, 321B may have a shape of hook, so as to receiving the end of the elastic member reliably after folding.

[0053] It is supposed that the side of the band-shaped body 310, 410 visible in figure 8 is the outer side after it is folded to form the ring, and then, the half-portions 321A, 321B will be folded towards the inside direction of the paper along the folding line 32 IL when folding. Preferably, the sides of the half-portions 321A, 321B facing to each other may be fixed to form a stable connection part.

[0054] The connection parts thus formed is stable in structure, with no need of using other materials than the single sheet to produce, reducing the steps of manufacturing process and saving the cost.

[0055] Also as shown in figure 8, in order to make the structures of the first and the second compressible pushing body 31 and 41 more robust, the first compressible pushing body 31 and the second compressible pushing body 41 each have foldable reinforcements 331, 332 and 333, 334 at either side of the first sections 311, 411 and the third sections 313, 413 of the band-shaped body. The foldable reinforcements 331, 332 and 333, 334 may have right triangle forms, one of the right-angle sides of which is connected to the longitudinal edges of the first sections 311, 411. After folding, the adhering tabs of the foldable reinforcements 331, 332 are adhered to the corresponding longitudinal edges of the second sections 312, in the same manner, the adhering tabs of the foldable reinforcements 333, 334 are adhered to the corresponding longitudinal edges of the fourth sections 314. Further as shown in figure 8, these foldable reinforcements are symmetrical right triangles, and therefore when the formed compressible pushing body is in the deployed state, the hypotenuse of the foldable reinforcements 331 and the hypotenuse of the foldable reinforcements 333 are adjacent and the foldable reinforcements 331, 333 cover the lateral side of the rectangular ring or the square ring, the same applies to the foldable reinforcements 333 and 334, so that a roughly enclosed elastic pushing device is formed. Therefore, the elastic pushing device achieves a concise and aesthetically pleasing appearance. [0056] The foldable reinforcements 331 may have a folding line 33 IL which can divide the foldable reinforcements 331 into two symmetrical parts and which can, for example, extend from the right-angle vertex toward the hypotenuse perpendicularly. When in the flatten state, the folding line 33 IL is inside the ring, and thus the foldable reinforcement 331 is also hidden inside the ring, namely, not visible from outside of the ring. The foldable reinforcements 331 may additionally have a small foldable portion 3310 at its free edge which will be folded outward when flatten, i.e., its folding direction being opposite to that of the remaining part of the foldable reinforcements 331. Other foldable reinforcements 332 to 334 may have the same configuration. Therefore, when deployed, the majority of the foldable reinforcements 331 and the small foldable portion 3310 which are folded toward opposite directions provide better elasticity and support for the transformation of the compressible pushing body 21 to the deployed state.

[0057] In a preferable embodiment, as shown in figure 8, the band-shaped body 310, 410 are provided with plate-shaped pieces 36, 46. The plate-shaped piece 36 and 46 may have similar structure, thus only the plate-shaped piece 36 will be described as an example. The plate-shaped piece 36 are arranged on the section (313 in figure 8) opposite to the sections (311 and 314 in figure 8) of the band-shaped body adjacent to the inner wall of the packaging box, and the plate-shaped piece 36 is of a size extending beyond the section at which it is located. The plate-shaped piece 36 may be flat paperboard. Taking the embodiment shown in figure 8 as example, in the compressed state, the first sections 311 and the fourth sections 314 abut against the inner wall of the main box body 10, for example the bottom wall, and the second sections 312 and the third sections 313 abut against the bottom of the second set of sub-box 600. When transformed to the deployed state, only the first section 314 abuts against the inner wall of the main box body 10, the second section 312 and the fourth section 314 extend roughly along the vertical direction, and the third sections 313 forms a face supporting and contacting the second set of sub-box 600. The plate-shaped piece 36 of the third sections 313 has a long longitudinal size, and therefore when in the deployed state, it can cover the corresponding abutting face of the second set of sub-box 600 as possible to provide an even and steady support.

[0058] The second elastic pushing device 40 has a similar configuration to the first elastic pushing device, but different in that their arrangements inside the main box body 10 will be adapted according to their pushing directions.

[0059] Furthermore, after the first set of sub-box 500 is taken out, the order of upspringing of the first elastic pushing device 30 and the second elastic pushing device 40 may be decided according to the pre-stretched stress of their corresponding elastic members. In the example shown in figure 5, the pre-stretched stress of the first elastic members 35 is greater than that of the second elastic members 45, therefore after the first set of sub-boxes 500 is taken out, the first elastic pushing device 30 would be transferred to the deployed state at first, such that the second set of sub-box 600 would occupy the position for being to be taken out 16 firstly. After the second set of sub-boxes 600 is taken out, then the second elastic pushing device 40 would be deployed.

[0060] In addition, in order to avoid the stagnation of the second set of sub-box 600 when it is pushed along the first direction DI caused by the interrupt of the third set of sub-box 700, the first set of sub-box 500 is not in flush with the third set of sub-box 600 in the second direction D2. It can be seen in the example shown in figure 5 that the top surface of the second set of sub-box 600 is slightly higher than the bottom surface of the third set of sub-box 700. In another embodiment not shown, the top surface of the second set of sub-box 600 may be slightly lower than the bottom surface of the third set of sub-boxes 700. Therefore, the respective sets of sub-boxes are pushed according to a pre-determined order, which can be operated smoothly without stagnation.

[0061] For putting the respective sets of sub-boxes in the position inside the main box body, the packaging box 1 additionally comprises a support 50 inside it, in particular as shown in figure 6. The support 50 has a supporting body 51 which, for example, may have a roughly hexahedral form. Reference can be made to figure 5 for the relative position of the supporting body 51 to the respective sub-box assembly. As shown, the supporting body 51 is provided behind the third set of sub-box 700 along the first direction DI, and behind the second set of sub-box 600 along the second direction D2. The supporting body 51 may be fixed with respect to the main box body 10, which may be, for example, adhered to the inner wall of the main box body 10.

[0062] Further, the support 50 may also comprise a first baffle 55 extending from the supporting body 51 along the front wall 110 of the main box body 10. At the same time, the main box body outlet 11 has one recess 115 which has an orientation opposite to the first direction DI. The recess 115 provides a hand position for opening the lid 13. The first baffle 55 of the support 50 may at least partially cover the recess 115, therefore when the packaging box 1 is in an encapsulated state, no gap is between the lid 13 and the main box body 10, preventing dust from falling into the box to contaminate the inside items.

[0063] In some situations, the main box body 10 may have a self-locked bottom. Such a self-locked bottom is usually not flat. Thus, the respective sets of sub-boxes and the elastic pushing devices will be inclined when disposed on the self-locked bottom, such that the sub-boxes would be subjected to the impediment from the inner wall of the main box body when being pushed and be stagnated. To solve this problem, the support 50 further comprises a second baffle 56 extending from the supporting body along the self-locked bottom, all the respective elastic pushing device and the respective set of sub-boxes can be stacked on the flat second baffle 56 in a very stable manner and the corresponding pushing actions can be completed smoothly.

[0064] The packaging box according to the disclosure can provide a plurality of separate spaces, meeting the requirement of the classification of the items, and the respective classified spaces (i.e., the plurality of sets of sub-boxes) can be popped automatically by the elastic pushing mechanism which is environment-friendly and easy made. The packaging box can be made of paper material as a whole, lightweight and environment-friendly. The elastic pushing device is in form of a single sheet, which can be formed by one stamping, with simple process and convenience of mass production and transportation. The elastic pushing device according to the disclosure does not limit the pushing direction, and thus different pushing directions may be used.
