Abstract:
Provided is a packaging container that can be deformed between a box-shape state and a flattened state and that moreover has high design properties. The packaging container is provided with a first portion and a second portion that overlap each other, each of the first portion and the second portion including a convex polygonal surface, an isosceles trapezoidal surface, and a fold-back surface that has a fold crease formed thereon. When the packaging container is in the flattened state, the length of the fold crease is less than the length of a line that inverts the fold crease in a line-symmetrical manner by using a side edge of the fold-back surface that is adjacent in a prescribed direction as an axial edge, the line being extended so as to intersect a straight line including an edge of the isosceles trapezoidal surface that is opposite the axial edge and that is adjacent in the prescribed direction.
