The present invention relates to a packaging device for continuous automatic mesh sleeving of sausage casings, a shrinkage machine, and a packaging method, the packaging device having: a shuttle (10), used for sleeving a mesh bag (20b); a first clamping hand (30a), the clamping hand (30a) being able to open and close to release or securely clamp the shuttle (10); a second clamping hand (30b), the second clamping hand (30b), when closed, driving an open end of the mesh bag (20b) to move in a reciprocating manner between a first position and a second position on the shuttle (10), and the second clamping hand (30b), when open, allowing the mesh bag (20b) to freely move along a mesh bag delivery direction; a third clamping hand (30c), used for clamping the open end of the mesh bag (20c) and pulling the mesh bag to pass through the entire shrunken sausage casing (70); and a fourth clamping hand (30d), used for pulling the mesh bag (20b) to unwind the mesh bag (20b) from a mesh bag roll (20a), the fourth clamping hand (30d) being designed to move together with the third clamping hand (30c).
