Abstract:
A packaging device for an outdoor unit is a packaging device for an outdoor unit provided with a heat exchanger, the packaging device being provided with a bottom-part exterior cardboard material having a pair of bottom-part buffer materials on which a bottom part of an outdoor unit is placed, a bottom plate part on which the pair of bottom-part buffer materials is placed, and a first lateral wall part rising from an edge part of the bottom plate part and a plate-shaped back-surface packaging material covering a heat exchanger in a state of being arranged between the pair of bottom-part buffer materials. The bottom plate part has a cut-and-raised part formed from the bottom plate part by cutting and raising. The cut-and-raised part is formed between the pair of bottom-part buffer materials in a state in which the pair of bottom-part buffer members is placed on the bottom plate part, and faces the first lateral wall part in a state of being cut and raised. When the back-surface packaging material is arranged in a state of rising from the bottom plate part, a lower part of the back-surface packaging material is supported by the cut-and-raised part and the first lateral wall part.
