Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a preparation method for a packaging material for nondestructive testing of the quality of agricultural products and food products, and a testing method. The material comprises a film material, which is packaged outside an agricultural product or food product, and is composed of a flexible substrate layer, a bonding layer, a transparent conducting layer and a nano-structure layer, which are sequentially stacked from outside to inside, wherein the flexible substrate layer is a polydimethylsiloxane layer, the bonding layer is a polyimide layer, the transparent conducting layer is an indium tin oxide layer, and the nano-structure layer is a silver nanoparticle layer. The preparation method comprises spin-coating a polyimide onto a polydimethylsiloxane thin film and curing same, sputtering indium tin oxide, self-assembling silver nanoparticles onto a transparent conducting layer, and etching same according to patterns. The packaging material of the present invention can amplify a testing signal by utilizing the structure of the packaging material itself when the packaging is intact, such that the function of nondestructive testing of the quality of agricultural products and food products is realized. The method of the present invention can also be used for food packaging imaging, is simple, convenient and rapid in operation, and is suitable for various testing requirements.
