Abstract:
Provided are a packet processing method and device. The method comprises: creating a fast channel buffer between a user-mode application and a network device driver; determining whether a packet to be transmitted is a preset packet type; and if so, transmitting, via the fast channel buffer, the packet to be transmitted between the user-mode application and the network device driver. The present invention addresses the problem in which a socket interface and Internet protocol stack are unable to quickly process packets, thus quickly processing packet.
