Abstract:
A packing material slotting apparatus, comprising: a left bottom frame (1), a right bottom frame (2), a left clamping plate (3), and a right clamping plate (4). Upper cross bars (5) and lower cross bars (6) are provided on the upper side of the left bottom frame and the upper side of the right bottom frame by means of connecting columns, respectively; lower rollers (7) are connected between the left bottom frame and the right bottom frame; upper rollers (8) are connected between the lower cross bars of the left bottom frame and the right bottom frame; the left clamping plate and the right clamping plate are parallel to each other and are provided between the upper rollers and the lower rollers; two ends of the left clamping plate and two ends of the right clamping plate are respectively connected to the left bottom frame and the right bottom frame by means of adjustable connecting rods; a slotting tool (16) is provided between the front end portions of the left clamping plate and the right clamping plate; and the tail of the slotting tool is connected to a lifting/lowering structure. When the apparatus is used for slotting strip-shaped polyethylene foam, the slotting tool cuts the strip-shaped polyethylene foam by means of thermal dissolution to obtain a slot; and by means of adjusting the slotting tool downwards, the slotting depth of the strip-shaped polyethylene foam can be increased, without using higher strip-shaped polyethylene foam, thereby saving a large amount of materials, and achieving high machining efficiency.
