Abstract:
A paddle board, comprising a paddle board body (10) comprising an upper surface (11) and a lower surface (11a), wherein the lower surface of the paddle board body is a surface which comes into contact with the water, and the upper surface of the paddle board body comprises a first region (11) and a second region (12). In the direction from the upper surface to the lower surface, the second region is lower than the first region, wherein a user can stand in the first region, and the user can sit in the second region. By means of the paddle board, the user can paddle when standing on the paddle board, and can also paddle when sitting on the paddle board, such that the use experience of the user is good.
