On the lower leg of the shackle (8), that at palock unlocking it stays with one its part within the padlock body (1), and by its other part it stays above the cut (14), two ring enlargementsbulges (10) and (11) are to be constructed (they can be of any other fonn), and between them there is a ring of the additional protection (12), onto which, between two shackle legs, making one body, the body of the additional protection (7), that can be made in the form of rod, plate or any other form, with the lateral wings (5) and (6), that stick onto them addapted upper lateral surfaces (2) and (3), at locked lockpad.
2. The additional component parts of the padlock with the additional protection ac cording to the requirement 1 can be made of the identical material as of the shackle or of any other convenient material. The ring (12) is to make the circular shift around the the shackle leg (8) possible of the additional protection body (7) with the wings (5) and (6), that at locked padlock have to make the lateral shift impossible.
3. According to the requirements 1 and 2 of the padlock with additional protection, the leg (9) can be with a bulge (13) of the various shapes, an additional cut on the shackle leg or a combination of the both, which the the leg of the additional protection body (7) leans onto.
4. The same as at the padlock of the classical construction, according to the requirements 1, 2, and 3 of the padlock with the additional protection, on the lower parts of its shackle legs (8) and (9) there are the cuts (14) and (15), and on the upper surface of the padlock (4) there are the openings to the shackle legs (16) and (17).
Description:
PADLOCK WITH ADDITIONAL PROTECTION INVENTION DESCRIPTION The Sphere this Invention Conserns to This invention concerns to the padlock to padlock up rooms, objects and things. According to the international classification it has been classified as: Technical Problem (The patent protection has been asked for its solution) The most common way to break a padlock is by a metal lever. Then it can be done by a ham- mer or anything like that. Pushing the lever into the padlock shackle, with a firm point under the lever, by a strong pull down, the great power has been transferred onto the upper surface of the padlock. Because of the great tension of the shackle by the pull and the shift, and because of the great tension of the safety pin, casued by the shift and bending, mostly the safety pin loosens, and the padlock has been unlocked by the force. The same thing happens if someone strikes with the hammer the upper side of the padlock. This invention introduces an additional protection, that in the combination with the existing locking system of the padlocks with the shackle absolutely eliminates, or in the worst case, maximally makes it difficult to break the padlock, using lever, hammer or something like that.

Technique Situation ( (Presentation and analysis of the known solutions of the defined technical problem).

Fonner technique situation of the padlocks made in the classical way, with the shackles made in the form of the"U"letter turned down, has included one cut on eache end of the both shackle legs. The safety pins should get in the shackle cuts inside the padlock. The solutions of this problem has not been known yet so far.

Presentation of the Invention Essence (In that way that the technical problem and its solution can be esasily understood, and to give all technical innovations inregard to the earlier technique situation) The primary goal is to increase the padlock strenght against burglary.

The secondary goal is to make the invention production cheap and simple one.

The padlock with additional protection has been constructed in that way that on the bottom end of the shackle leg, that at unlocked padlock stays with its smaller part within the padlock body, two ring enlargements (or in any other form), between which there is a ring of the addi- tional protection. From the ring on, making one common body, comes the additional pro- tection body, made in various forms (rod, plate, etc. ), that extends from one shackle leg to the other.

The enlargements on the first shackle leg make the vertical shift of the ring and of the additional protection body impossible. The round form of the ring makes the circular shift of the additional protection impossible.

On the bottom end of the shackle leg, that at unlocked padlock comes out from the padlock body, can be made an enlargement-a bulge in the direction of the opposite shackle leg, and the additional protection leans on this enlargement or bulge.

As well a cut can be made, in which comes the leg of the additional protection, while locking up the padlock, or a combination of the both.

On the lateral sides of the additional protection there are small wings, that while lock- ing up the padlock, stick to lateral surfaces of the padlock body, whose form the wings has been adjusted to. If the padlock has been locked up, these wings make the circular shift of the additional protection impossible.

To breakthe padlock by lever, hammer or anything like that, beside the former protec- tion, the strenght of the additional protection must be overcome, and that is very difficult or almost impossible, if the additional protection with all belonging elements has been made properly. The additional protection material can be the same one as of the shackle or of any other convenient material.

Short description of the drawing Accompanying drawing, that has been included in description, and that makes a part of the invention description, ilustrates so far considered the best way for the production of the inven- tion, and helps to explain the base principles of the invention.

Figure 1. shows the padlock with the additional protection.

Description of at least one of the ways of the invention realisation in details Now will be given the information on the supposed invention realisation, what has been illustrated by the accompanying drawing.

At Figure 1 it can be seen that the padlock with additional protection includes the pad- lock body (1) tohether with the accompanying mechanism, upper surface of the padlock body (4) with the openings of the shackle (16) and (17), the lateral sides of the padlock body (2) and (3), that in upper part can be oblique and adjusted in order to stick easier onto wings (5) and (6). The wings are on the additional protection body (7), that extends between two shackle legs (8) and (9). At unlocking the shackle leg (8) stays partially within the padlock body (1). On the lower part of the shackle leg (8), and above the cut (14), there are the enlargements or bulges of ring or any other form, lower ones (10) or upper ones (11) that make the shift up and down of the ring of the additional protection (12) impossible, which one is circular, and which includes a part of above mentioned shackle leg between the rings (10) and (11). The ring, the body and the wings of the additional protection make one body. The ring (12) makes possible circular rotation of the additional protection, indispensable at locking and unlocking the padlock. On the lower end of the shackle leg (9) can be an enlargement-a bulge (13), turned towards the other shackle leg, onto which the leg of the additional protection (7) leans. At the very lower end of the legs (7) and (8) there are the classical cuts (14) and (15), used to be in the padlocks with the shackle, and the pin, that is within the padlock body, comes into these cuts when the padlock is locked up.

Invention Application The invention provides the simple and the practical padlock, which one with the additional protection is much safer against the burglary. Just as any other padlock, the pad lock with the additional protection can be widely used in the protection of the rooms, objects and things. It is cheap and profitable this padlock to produce.

It will be obvious to the specialists that some changes could be done in accordance with this invention, without leaving its spirit.
