Abstract:
A page-turning control method for browsing webpages and a user terminal. The method comprises: detecting a touch pressure with respect to a target display subarea on a webpage being browsed (101), where the target display subarea is any one display subarea of at least two display subareas divided from a display area of the browsed webpage, and page-turning schemes corresponding to any two of the display subareas are different from each other; from preset correlations between pressures and page-turning rates, querying a page-turning rate corresponding to the touch pressure (102), and performing a page-turning operation on the browsed webpage (103) according to the page-turning scheme corresponding to the target display subarea and at the page-turning rate corresponding to the touch pressure. The method allows a user to touch only once any of the display subareas on the browsed webpage to quickly control the browsed webpage to make a corresponding page-turning operation, and obviates the need for inputting a slide gesture on the touchscreen to control page-turning of the browsed webpage, thus preventing the touchscreen from being scratched.
