Abstract:
The object of the present invention is to provide a paint-removing device for a rotor commutator, which paint-removing device can avoid damaging the commutator. To achieve this object, the following technical solution is used in the present invention: a rotor commutator paint-removing device, comprising a paint-removing electric motor, a positioning seat and a first lifting mechanism, wherein a grinding head is arranged at a shaft outlet end of the paint-removing electric motor, the positioning seat is provided with a placement slot which is provided with an upward opening and penetrates left-right, an output end of the first lifting mechanism is provided with a positioning block arranged in the left-right direction, and under the action of the first lifting mechanism, the positioning block moves upwards or downwards to extend into a rotor slot of a rotor.
