Abstract:
A preparation method for a palladium-platinum (Pd-Pt) alloy nanosol catalyst, comprising: first mixing an aqueous solution of H2PdCl4 with an aqueous solution of H2PtCl6 to obtain a precursor solution; then stirring an aqueous solution of P123 for more than 3 min; maintaining the stirring state, sequentially adding an aqueous solution of NaBH4 and the precursor solution; continuing stirring for 20-40 min to obtain the Pd-Pt alloy nanosol catalyst. The polymer compound P123 is used as a stabilizer for stabilizing by means of a weak steric hindrance effect. In the presence of P123, NaBH4 reduces a metal ion to a metal element and forms a Pd-Pt alloy nanoparticle. A final product is presented in a stable sol state. The Pd-Pt alloy nanosol catalyst prepared by the method has excellent catalytic activity and cycle stability.
