Abstract:
Disclosed are a panel assembly (100) of a ceiling-mounted air conditioner, and the ceiling-mounted air conditioner (1000) provided with same. The panel assembly comprises: a panel (1); a face frame (2), wherein the face frame (2) is annular, the panel (1) is externally sleeved in the face frame (2), the face frame (2) is provided with a plurality of spaced air outlets (23) surrounding the panel (1), an air blocking rib (24) is arranged on an exterior face of the face frame (2), and the air blocking rib (24) is located on the side of each of the air outlets (23) away from the panel (1); and an air guide plate (3), wherein the air guide plate (3) is movably arranged at each of the air outlets (23).
