Abstract:
The present invention relates to wood panel connection technology. In particular, the invention relates to an insert-connection edge structure of a large panel, comprising a panel body and at least one insert-connection edge, characterized in that said insert-connection edge is provided with insert-connection grooves and insert-connection protrusions disposed at intervals, the width of said insert-connection groove being greater than the width of said insert-connection protrusion. The insert-connection groove is a dovetail groove, and the insert-connection protrusion is a dovetail ridge. The width of the dovetail groove on the front side is greater than the width of the dovetail groove on the back side; the width of the dovetail ridge on the front side is smaller than the width of the dovetail ridge on the back side. The invention also relates to a panel insert-connection assembly, comprising a first panel and a second panel, and also comprising a ridge tab; the insert-connection groove or the insert-connection protrusion of the first panel and the insert-connection protrusion or the insert-connection groove of the second panel are inserted into each other; the ridge tab is disposed at the gap between the insert-connection groove and the insert-connection protrusion. The invention also relates to an assembly method. The beneficial effects of the present invention are: facilitating lifting and fixing between panels, and firm and solid connections.
