Provided is a panel lamp with a seamless connection. The panel lamp comprises a fixing board (1), an inner frame (2), cavities (4), an outer frame (5), an aluminium substrate (6), a limiting frame (8), a lamp panel (10), a left plug (13) and a right plug (17). A left energization connector (14) and a through hole (15) are arranged on the left plug. A right energization connector (18) and an energization switch (19) are arranged on the right plug. The fixing board and the inner frame are closely connected and fixed by means of the bottom of the fixing board and T-shaped grooves (7). The cavities are arranged between the outer frame and the inner frame, between the inner frame and the limiting frame as well as between the fixing board and the inner frame. A circuit board (9) is arranged at the bottom of the limiting frame. Lamp beads (11) are arranged at the bottom of the lamp panel (10). A lamp shade (12) is arranged below the lamp panel and the lamp beads. Due to the arrangement of the lamp shade, the left plug and the right plug, dust cannot enter an interior of a device, thereby preventing plenty of dust from being produced between the lamp beads and the lamp shade due to the adsorbability of statics, and eliminating the phenomenon that the lamp beads and the lamp shade block the irradiation of the light due to the presence of the dust.
