Abstract:
A panel type radiator having reinforcing ribs and cooling fins lintel-welded, comprising a plurality of cooling fins, two oil collecting pipes, a plurality of reinforcing ribs, and a plurality of welding seams. Each cooling fin consists of two cooling single-fins oppositely welded; the edges of the long sides of the cooling fins intersect with the outer diameters of the reinforcing ribs, and gaps suitable for lintel-shaped welding seams are provided at intersections; weld material molten drop welding seams are formed between the outer edges of attached positions of the long sides of the cooling fins and the outer diameters of the reinforcing ribs, and the welding seams are each of a lintel shape; each lintel-shaped welding seam is divided into three regions, i.e., a weld material and reinforcing rib fusion welding region, a weld material and cooling fin fusion welding region, and a weld material fusion welding connection lintel region therebetween, wherein the weld material fusion welding connection lintel region is weld material self-fusion welding metal; the radiator is placed to be in a posture that the axes of the oil collecting pipes are horizontal or perpendicular to a horizontal plane, and the gaps between the reinforcing ribs and the cooling fins are 3 mm. According to the radiator of the present invention, the service life of the panel type radiator is prolonged on the premise that the welding efficiency is improved, the anti-corrosion quality of a product is ensured, and manufacturing costs are reduced.
