Abstract:
[Problem] To allow opening edges to be strongly tightened while the opening edges and parts extending therefrom are formed as structures which are stretchable due to a single elastic film. [Solution] The problem can be solved by a pants-type disposable diaper comprising stretchable regions (80) that are laterally stretchable and located over areas extending from a waist opening and leg openings. In the stretchable regions (80), an elastic film (30) is laminated between a first sheet layer (20A) and a second sheet layer (20B) and the first sheet layer (20A) and the second sheet layer (20B) are directly or indirectly bonded at a large number of sheet joint parts (40) arranged at intervals. At the opening edges of the stretchable regions (80), at least one of the first sheet layer (20A) and the second sheet layer (20B) is bonded to the elastic film (30) with a stretchable hot-melt adhesive (90). The region with the stretchable hot-melt adhesive (90) laterally contracts due to contraction of the elastic film (30) and the stretchable hot-melt adhesive (90) and are laterally stretchable.
