Abstract:
The present invention is a paper-based material (10) having a paper-based base material (11) that has a plurality of fibers (12A), a hydrophobic powder (13) configured from a hydrophobic compound, and a binder (14) that bonds the hydrophobic powder (13) and the fibers (12A), at least one surface side of the base material (11) having a bonded part (17) where the hydrophobic powder (13) and the fibers (12A) are bonded by the binder (14). According to the present invention, there are provided a paper-based material serving as a non-plastic material that can minimize the slippage of liquids adhering to the surface thereof and that has water resistance, a lid in which the paper-based material is used, a container equipped with the lid, and a combination of the lid and the container.
