Abstract:
A paper-brushing rotating body 3 which brushes against paper by rotating around a rotational center axis X and is equipped with a base 31 and brushes 32 connected to the base 31, wherein: the brushes 32 extend in a direction away from the rotational center axis X and are formed in a manner such that the section thereof opposite the section thereof connected to the base 31 comprises a plurality of hair-like members 32a which contact the paper and are bundled together; and the diameter of the cross-section of the hair-like members 32a is no more than 0.15mm.
