Abstract:
The present invention relates to a structure comprising a pad having a plurality of wax barriers, wherein the wax barriers can control fluid flow, and thus highly accurate detection efficiency can be exhibited. In addition, the present invention relates to a structure capable of simultaneously purifying and detecting nucleic acids by directly applying a sample, and is characterized by a structure to which a lab-on-paper technology is applied such that sample pretreatment, isothermal amplification, detection and analysis steps can be carried out on a single chip, and the sample is moved in a lateral flow manner so as to be ultimately connected to big genomic data related to a disease and strain infection, and thus whether the disease or strain infection is present can be directly determined.
