Abstract:
Provided is a paper container for beverage that can effectively prevent attachment of undesirable bacteria and the like to the paper container for beverage while suppressing an increase in cost due to providing an antibacterial layer. In a paper container for beverage with a gable roof-like shape, a pair of gable roof forming panels 15, 16 opposing each other and a pair of gable wall forming panels 22, 23 opposing each other and one of which providing a pouring opening 21 to be opened are continuously provided at upper ends of trunk panels 5, 6, 7, 8, the gable wall forming panels 22, 23 being folded and tucked between the gable roof forming panels 15, 16, whereby a ridge portion 34 is formed. Of the gable wall forming panels 22, 23, an outer face of the gable wall forming panel 23 providing the pouring opening 21 to be opened has an antibacterial layer 45 in an area of at least 50% from a lower face toward an upper face side.
