Abstract:
Disclosed are a paper cup lid with different assembly relationships and a preparation method therefor. The paper cup lid comprises a paper cup lid body (1) and a paper tapered cup ring (2), wherein a circular edge, located at a top end, of the paper cup lid body (1) is rolled outwards from bottom to top to form a first arc-shaped roll (3); and a circular edge, located at a top end, of the paper tapered cup ring (2) is rolled inwards from top to bottom in an arc shape to form a second arc-shaped roll (4). The assembly relationship between the paper cup lid body (1) and the paper tapered cup ring (2) is either one of the following two relationships: the first relationship is characterized in that the paper cup lid body (1) is embedded in the paper tapered cup ring (2), and a bottom end (31) of the first arc-shaped roll (3) and a top end (41) of the second arc-shaped roll (4) engage with each other and are fixed in a press-fitting manner; and the second relationship is characterized in that the paper cup lid body (1) is located outside the paper tapered cup ring (2), and the bottom end (31) of the first arc-shaped roll (3) and a bottom end (42) of the second arc-shaped roll (4) engage with each other and are fixed in a press-fitting manner. The preparation method comprises two assembly methods in which rolling, flattening and press-fit fixing are correspondingly involved. Two kinds of paper cup lids are formed on the basis of the two assembly relationships, and the two kinds of paper cup lids can be used in three ways: inner engagement, outer engagement and inner-outer engagement.
