Abstract:
Provided is a paper ejection device for a printing press, capable of preventing the top sheet on a lowered pallet from shifting rearward. This paper ejection device for a printing press is equipped with a shutter device having a shutter member 9 that is movable between an insertion position where a pallet with sheets stacked thereon is lowered and the shutter member 9 is inserted on the stacked sheets from the bottom side to the top side in the sheet top-bottom direction so as to temporarily support the subsequent falling sheets, and a retraction position where the shutter member 9 is out of the insertion position to the bottom side in the sheet top-bottom direction. This paper ejection device for a printing press comprises an edge guide 10 that prevents the sheets from moving to the bottom side in the sheet top-bottom direction, by abutting on the bottom-side edge in the top-bottom direction of the sheets stacked on the pallet lowered below the shutter member 9 that is toward the insertion position.
