Abstract:
Provided is a paper straw production process, comprising the following steps: a. performing a sedimentation and filtration treatment on tap water in a sedimentation tank, then conveying an appropriate amount of treated tap water to a raw material tank, adding bamboo pulp, a wood fiber raw pulp, and recycled paper pulp, and then performing machining by using a pulper, so as to obtain a mixed solution; b. performing a pulping treatment on the mixed solution and then adding an auxiliary, and performing screening by means of a pressurized screen so as to obtain raw pulp; c. inputting the raw pulp into a headbox, such that same is dewatered in a net section so as to be shaped, and is then dewatered in a press section, so as to obtain straw paper; d. spraying a hydrophobic agent on the straw paper, leaving same to stand for a period of time, and sending the straw paper to a drying section for drying; and e. inputting, into a straw manufacturing machine, the straw paper that has been subjected to a drying treatment, so as to manufacture a paper straw. Therefore, the hydrophobic performance of a paper straw can be improved.
