Abstract:
In order to reduce the deaths in a falling accident of parachute, frames for fixing hooks of moderate size are attached, along with hooks, to the front and rear of a person equipped with a parachute. Furthermore, weight is reduced by making it possible to release the parachute of a person to be rescued after hook up such that the weight of two or more persons can be reduced. Moderate size means that the frame is caught with hand at the time of emergency and does not cause any trouble in rescue work.
