Abstract:
Provided is a parallel link device capable of achieving a low height particularly when a movable-side member is brought closer to a stationary-side member, and increasing the stroke amount of the movable-side member. Specifically, a parallel link device (100) is provided with a stationary-side member (1), a movable-side member (2), six links (3), and a slide mechanism (4). Each of the six links (3): has one end (3b) connected to the movable-side member (2) so that the one end (3b) has at least two rotational degrees of freedom; has the other end (3a) connected to the stationary-side member (1) so that the connection position therebetween is movable and that the other end (3a) has at least two rotational degrees of freedom; has five rotational degrees of freedom; and has a specified length. The slide mechanism (4) is provided to the stationary-side member (1), and holds the other end (3a) of each of the links (3) so that the other end (3a) is movable within a specified range.
