Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a parallel oil path structure for single-ended dual bearings and the application thereof. The parallel oil path structure comprises a rotating shaft, wherein a bearing chamber is mounted in a circumferential direction of the rotating shaft, a cylindrical bearing and a deep groove bearing are arranged between an outer wall of the rotating shaft and the bearing chamber, and a spacing ring is arranged between the cylindrical bearing and the deep groove bearing; a bearing outer cover and a bearing inner cover are respectively mounted on the outer wall of the rotating shaft on two ends of the bearing chamber, and a sealing ring is further arranged between the outer cover and the rotating shaft; an oil injection hole is formed in the outer cover, and the cylindrical bearing and the deep groove bearing are respectively in communication with the oil injection hole by means of two parallel oil paths of a first channel and a second channel, so as to supply oil to the cylindrical bearing and the deep groove bearing respectively; and a labyrinth groove and an oil return channel are arranged at a fitting position of a fixing member and a rotating member. The oil path structure of the present invention adopts a parallel mode, and supplies oil to the deep groove bearing and the cylindrical bearing at the same time by means of the two oil paths, such that the dual bearings can be effectively lubricated and cooled; and it has been verified that the problem of a rising temperature in a generator is remarkably solved by applying the parallel oil path structure to a doubly-fed wind power generator.
