Abstract:
Disclosed are a parameter reporting method and an uplink scheduling method, a device and a medium. The parameter reporting method is applied to a terminal device, and the terminal device comprises a plurality of links. The method comprises: when a plurality of links all support a first maximum uplink transmission time ratio at respective maximum transmission powers thereof, reporting first indication information to a network device, wherein the first indication information is used for indicating the first maximum uplink transmission time ratio supported by all the plurality of links of the terminal device.
