Abstract:
This parked image utilization system is provided with: an imaging device (321) that is mounted to a vehicle (300, 302), that operates by means of power supplied from a battery (310) mounted to the vehicle, and that can continuously capture images of the surroundings of the vehicle; and a processing device (600, 601, 602) that acquires image data representing a parked image captured by the imaging device while the vehicle is parked, and executes a prescribed process relevant to the state of the surroundings of the vehicle by utilizing the acquired image data.
