Disclosed in the present invention are a parking lot recommendation method and system during severe weather, and an electronic device and a storage medium. The method specifically comprises the steps of: acquiring position information of a vehicle, route information and person information, and checking current weather conditions to determine whether there is a danger avoidance requirement; according to a danger level of the weather conditions and in view of the actual situation of the vehicle, performing a danger avoidance recommendation and intelligent decision-making, and seeking a parking lot suitable for danger avoidance; and performing intelligent interaction with a user, and executing a result of the intelligent decision-making. The system, electronic device and storage medium correspond to the method. In the present invention, the goal of danger avoidance of a vehicle and a person is fully taken into consideration, and when a safe parking lot at a destination or on the way to the destination is actively recommended, even in the case of the parking lot being somewhat of a detour or charging a relatively high price, or there being the need to switch to a public transportation means, a recommendation is still performed, because in an exceptional scenario, a user is more willing to carry out emergency parking following guidance to do so, such that the risk of a natural disaster can be reduced.
