Abstract:
Disclosed are a parking management apparatus (1) and a parking management system, the parking management apparatus comprising an intercept device (10), a transmission device (20), an energy storage device (30) and traction devices (40). The intercept device (10) comprises an intercept state in which the intercept device (10) is raised and then can be used to intercept a vehicle parked at the location, and a release state in which the intercept device (10) is lowered to release the vehicle. The transmission device (20) is used to transmit power and drive a barrier (11) to rise and fall. The traction devices (40) are connected to driving devices (8, 80) and the transmission device (20), so as to drive the intercept device (10) to rise or fall. The parking management system comprises the parking management apparatus (1), the driving devices (8, 80) and a guiding device (2), the driving devices (8, 80) being used to pull the traction devices (40), and the guiding device (2) being used to guide several traction devices (40) to one and the same driving device (8, 80), and further comprises a control terminal for the unified control of the driving devices (8, 80). The driving devices (8, 80) are not provided on the parking management apparatus (1), enabling a simple structure and easy operation.
