Abstract:
Disclosed herein are an isolated microRNA molecule, a Parkinson's disease in-vitro diagnostic kit based on a DNA hexahedron, and use thereof. The microRNA molecule miR26690 provided by the present application is highly expressed in an exosome in peripheral blood of a patient with Parkinson's disease, and can be used for in-vitro diagnosis and/or screening of Parkinson's disease. In addition, the kit and method for detecting the miR26690 in the peripheral blood can detect the miR26690 in the peripheral blood with high sensitivity and high specificity, and are used for diagnosing Parkinson's disease; compared with a traditional Parkinson's disease marker detection method, the method is simple, and features easy preparation, a small amount of detected samples, higher sensitivity, a low limit of detection, and a low detection cost.
