Abstract:
The present invention relates to a Parkinson's disease-inducing vector and a method for constructing a canine model using same and, specifically, to a vector that can delete a canine DJ-1 gene to induce Parkinson's disease and can be used to construct a canine model in which Parkinson's disease has occurred. The recombinant vector for construction of a canine model of Parkinson's disease and the canine model of Parkinson's disease constructed using same according to the present invention are useful in accurately understanding DJ-1 gene deficiency-induced human Parkinson's disease pattern and symptoms.
