Abstract:
The present invention relates to a particle beam emission device and method, which can track the emission position of a particle beam. The present invention provides a particle beam emission device, comprising: a beamforming unit for forming, into an emission particle beam including a first beam having a first energy and a second beam having a second energy, a particle beam transmitted from a particle beam generation unit; a beam tracking detector which is arranged at the front end of a target and which tracks the position of the emission particle beam; a beam imaging detector which is arranged at the rear end of the target and which detects an image of the emission particle beam; and a control unit for controlling the operations of the beam tracking detector and the beam imaging detector.
