Abstract:
Provided is a particle charging device capable of uniformly charging particles of a catalyst and the like without damaging the particles. The particle charging device charges particles into a reaction vessel, and comprises: a base retained at a fixed position relative to the reaction vessel; a distributor that distributes the particles and that has a rotationally symmetrical shape relative to a central axis extending in the vertical direction; a bearing that is fixed to the base and that rotatably retains the distributor; a particle supply part that is fixed to the base, that has a rotationally symmetrical shape relative to the central axis, that has a lower-end opening which is smaller than the inner diameter of the bearing, and that supplies the particles to the distributor from the lower-end opening; and a motor that rotates the distributor.
