Provided is a particle manipulation device including a flow path for a fluid that contains particles, and one or more pressure adjusting means for generating a reciprocating flow, wherein the particles in the fluid move in one direction of the reciprocating flow with a degree of mobility unique to the particles so as to enable movement, separation, and classification of the particles.
