Abstract:
A particle separation device according to the present disclosure has a first flow path, a second flow path, and a plurality of branch flow paths. The first flow path has an inlet (opening). The second flow path is connected to the first flow path. Each of the plurality of branch flow paths is connected to the second flow path and has an outlet (opening). The first flow path has a curved part, a first part, and a second part. In a plane view, the curved part curves in the direction of flow path extension. In a plane view, the first part is adjacent to the curved part and positioned more to the inlet (opening) side than the curved part. In a plane view, the second part is adjacent to the curved part and positioned more to the second flow path side than the curved part. In a plane view, the width in the second part of the first flow path is smaller than the width in the first part of the first flow path.
