Abstract:
A particle sound barrier and a sound absorption and insulation barrier board (1) thereof. A particle sound absorption board (8) adopted by a sound absorption surface layer (7) of the sound absorption and insulation barrier board (1) is a microporous particle board formed by adhering frame particles (81) and filling particles (82) that are covered with an adhesive layer (84) on the surface and have small angular coefficients. A particle sound insulation board (6) adopted by a sound insulation surface layer (5) of the sound absorption and insulation barrier board (1) is a dense board formed by tightly adhering frame particles (61), filling particles (62), an adhesive and a coupling agent (63). The interior of the barrier board body is provided with a resonant sound absorption cavity (9) acting with the sound absorption surface layer (7). The particle sound barrier comprises columns (14) and more than two laminated sound absorption and insulation barrier boards (1) fixed between the adjacent columns (14). The sound absorption and insulation barrier boards (1) are provided with concave-convex joining end surfaces, and the joined end surfaces are provided with seal padding layers (12) in an adhered manner there-between. The present invention has stable acoustic performance, good weathering resistance and low manufacturing cost, can be conveniently made into sound barriers of different colors, is easy to clean, and is particularly applicable to noise control for high-speed railways and highways.
