A partition plate for a thermal insulation device, comprising a partition plate body (100). A cavity is formed in the partition plate body, an intermediate plate for thermal insulation (110) is also provided in the cavity of the partition plate body, the intermediate plate divides the cavity into a first cavity (120) and a second cavity (130) which are independent of each other, a first filling port (121) and a second filling port (131) are provided outside the partition plate body respectively corresponding to the first cavity and the second cavity, and metal mixed phase change liquids having different temperature control capabilities are injected into the first cavity and the second cavity. The inside of the partition plate body is divided into two parts by the intermediate plate for thermal insulation, so that there are different temperatures on the two sides of the partition plate; the metal mixed phase change liquids can maintain the temperature in the thermal insulation device within a certain temperature range, and the metal mixed phase change liquids having different temperature control capabilities can maintain spaces corresponding to the two sides of the intermediate plate in the thermal insulation device in low-temperature states of different values.
