Abstract:
This partition-wall-type heat exchanger has a first partition wall, a second partition wall, and a plurality of flow path walls by which a space formed between the first partition wall and the second partition wall is divided into a plurality of first flow paths. The first partition wall and the second partition wall partition the plurality of first flow paths from a plurality of second flow paths in which there flows a second fluid different from a first fluid flowing through the plurality of first flow paths. The flow path walls have a sine-waveform shape in which a plurality of wall surfaces are formed so as to follow a plurality of sine curves, and in which a phase range of θ0 (= 0°) <θ1 <θ2 < 90° <θ3 <θ4 < 180° <θ5 <θ6 < 270° <θ7 <θ8 <θ0 (= 360°) forms a period, where θ0 (= 0°) is a phase overlapping an inflection point of one wall surface among adjacent wall surfaces. A main flow path wall element is formed in the one flow path wall in phase ranges of θ1 ≤ θ <θ3 and θ6 ≤ θ <θ8, the main flow path wall element having formed therein a portion in which the plurality of flow path walls are not present. In addition, another main flow path wall element is formed in the other flow path wall in phase ranges of θ2 ≤ θ <θ4 and θ5 ≤ θ <θ7, the main flow path wall element having formed therein a portion in which the plurality of flow path walls are not present. According to the present invention, the heat-transfer performance of a heat exchanger is improved.
