Abstract:
A passenger conveyor comprises a frame, a plurality of steps, a landing floor, a comb plate member, and a comb plate damage detection device. In addition, the comb plate damage detection device comprises a wire disposed on the border of a base section and a comb tooth section, a wire retaining member to retain the wire on the bottom face in the vertical direction on the comb plate member, and a detection switch to detect wire tension displacement.
