Abstract:
A passenger ticket changing system (100) comprises: a permission verification module (110), an information collection module (120), a rate calculation module (130), and a change processing module (140). The permission verification module (110) determines whether a terminal sending a change operation request has a change permission when the change operation request is received, and if yes, determining the change operation request as a valid request (S401). After that the change operation request is determined as the valid request, the information collection module (120) obtains new passenger ticket information and the old passenger ticket number from the change operation request, and reads old passenger ticket information from a preset system according to the old passenger ticket number (S402). The rate calculation module (130) sends data corresponding to preset attributes of the new passenger ticket information and the old passenger ticket information to a rate calculation system in a preset data format, and receives a rate result calculated by the rate calculation system (S403). The change processing module (140) determines an operation type, comprising reissuing and date change, of the change operation request according to the rate result, and executes corresponding passenger ticket change processing corresponding to the operation type (S404). By means of the system and the method, ticket change can be automatically carried out, the ticket change efficiency is improved, waiting time of passengers is reduced, and high-quality services are provided to users.
