Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application is a passive noise-shaping successive approximation register analog-to-digital converter, comprising: switched capacitor arrays which acquire analog input signals; a noise-shaping circuit which is a passive integrator network, and has input terminals respectively connected to output terminals of the two switched capacitor arrays to obtain output signals from the two switched capacitor arrays, the passive integrator network being formed of multiple sub-passive integrators, and different circuit forms being implemented by reconstructing the structure of the multiple sub-passive integrators; a comparator which has two input terminals respectively connected to output terminals of the passive integrator network and an output terminal connected to an input terminal of a logic circuit, and is used for comparing output signals from the noise-shaping circuit; and the logic circuit, which has two output terminals respectively connected to input terminals of the two switched capacitor arrays and another output terminal outputting a digital output signal. The analog-to-digital converter can amplify integrated signals without using an operational amplifier and a multi-input comparator, and has a simple structure and low power consumption.
