Abstract:
The present invention relates to a paste composition for a front surface electrode of a solar cell, which contains nanosilver particles which are surface-treated by hexanoic acid, and to the solar cell which comprises the front surface electrode formed by using the paste composition. By forming the front surface electrode by using the paste composition which contains the nanosilver particles which are surface-treated by the hexanoic acid, resistance of the front surface electrode is reduced and a light absorption area is widened so that solar cell efficiency increases.
