Abstract:
Provided are: a paste supply apparatus that is more cost-effective easier to operate; and a screen printer, paste supply method, and screen printing method using said paste supply apparatus. The paste supply apparatus is provided with a paste pot (51), a pot holding part (52), and a pot pressing cylinder (53). The paste pot (51) is provided with: a bottomed cylindrical member (61) for accommodating a paste; for example, solder paste; and a center lid (62) movably inserted into the cylindrical member (61), a through-hole (63) being formed in the central portion of the center lid (62). The pot holding part (52) holds the paste pot (51) in a position in which the through-hole (63) faces downward. The pot pressing cylinder (53) causes the cylindrical member (61) to move relative to the center lid (62) of the paste pot (51), which is held by the pot holding part (52), causing an action in which paste is extruded from the through-hole (63).
