Abstract:
The present application relates to a patent foramen ovale (PFO) detection method and system, and a terminal and a storage medium. The method comprises: performing left atrium ROI segmentation on each image frame in dynamic image data of an apical four-chamber view angle, wherein the dynamic image data of the apical four-chamber view angle comprises TTE image data and cTTE image data in a set number of cardiac cycles; calculating the gray scale of a left atrium ROI of each image frame in the TTE image data, screening out a minimum gray scale distribution interval of the TTE image data, and screening out cTTE images of corresponding intervals in the cTTE image data according to the minimum gray scale distribution interval of the TTE image data; and performing microbubble detection and feature extraction on the screened cTTE images, inputting extracted features into a trained prediction model, and outputting a detection result of a foramen ovale closing state by means of the prediction model. The present application implements noninvasive PFO detection, is simple in operation and high in accuracy, and improves a detection rate and the detection efficiency.
